Being a Harry Potter fan, and seeing the movies for the thousandth time, I had the idea to propose looks related to the four houses of Hogwarts. And as, of course, these houses have their own colors, I decided to respect them to be as realistic as possible. I hope you'll like it.
I also sometimes play with the clichés of the houses, so please take some comments in the second degree.
Hufflepuff
Of course, I had to start with my house. For the first outfit, I wore a white and yellow crop top that came from Pull&bear. I bought it a long time ago but I still wear it. I put it together with a pair of black Pull&Bear shorts, so I could respect the Hufflepuff colors.
For the second outfit, I put together a big off-white sweater from Mango, which is soft and warm, with H&M plaid pants and finally, a Hufflepuff scarf. I added the scarf because the colors of the clothes don't match too well with the house, even though per se, I can see Hufflepuffs putting on big, chunky sweaters in winter.
For the third outfit, I played on the overalls. For me, Hufflepuff love nature, and to cultivate it, you have to dress for the occasion. So what better way to do that than in overalls. Plus, I found it in beige on Shein, and I paired it with a black Shein top.
Gryffindor
For this first outfit, I chose to wear a white Shein V-neck sweater, which looks studious yet classic, with a burgundy Shein button down skirt for a simple, unique look that still has some charm.
Gryffindors like to keep it simple and humble. That's why for this second look, I put on a burgundy long sleeve bodysuit from PrettyLittleThings, with simple Pull&Bear mom jeans in creamy white.
With the velvet, I wanted to give an illusion of royalty. Since the lion is a powerful symbol and sometimes refers to kings, I decided to wear a burgundy Shein velvet dress for this look. It may look simple but it's still elegant with its square neck, and velvet fabric.
Slytherin
For this first outfit, I wanted to keep it simple and simple for a Slytherin is to be mostly stylish, making it look like it didn't take long to choose your outfit. So I chose a fir green turtleneck sweater from H&M, with a black skirt from C&A and black high socks from Calzedonia.
Slytherins are rebellious and proud. So for this second look, I played on the leather jacket, bought at Zara. For me, the rebellious side comes across very well in this jacket. Then, to complete the outfit, I put a Forever 21 khaki blouse with black Pull&Bear jeans.
Slytherins also like to look good, to be the flashiest and most noticed. And this fir green dress is perfect for that. Bought on ASOS, it's made of lace, has a gorgeous design that absolutely suits Slytherins.
Ravenclaw
As Ravenclaws are known to be studious, I wanted to play the schoolgirl for the first outfit. So I wore a white ASOS shirt, which I covered with a thin light blue Pull&Bear sweater, a grey C&A skirt, and finally, a black Calzedonia tights.
Again for the studious side, I kept the white ASOS shirt, which I put together this time with a pair of simple Pull&Bear mom jeans. And I added a blue Pimkie beanie because in my opinion, Serdaigles are smart enough to not want to get a cold head in winter.
For the third outfit, I opted for a simple long sleeve dress from Shein. This dress is simple, comfortable and is perfect for Ravenclaw because it looks both stylish, but can be worn in any circumstance, especially when you want to work in comfort.
