Part 1: My first days of school
After three days of (slightly boring) presentation on the possible courses, the courses and the organization of the school (EM Strasbourg), my friends and I went to the WEI (integration weekend) in Cap d'Agde (unknown place before the departure). In short, to summarize the WEI, it was two intense days of partying/evening with unlimited alcohol, DJ on the beach, pool party with a moment with Watermat, a small concert of Heuss L'enfoiré, activities and very little sleep.
Then, it was time to go back to Strasbourg and start the real school year with the real classes. And even if it was only the introduction of the courses for the first weeks, I was shocked to have so much free time. Coming from a pre-preparatory school with about 35 hours per week of classes, DS and exams, I was free to see that with my 20 hours per week, I could do a lot of things (including going out with my friends to have a drink), even if from the beginning, the homework starts (and believe me, it takes a certain amount of time that you shouldn't neglect, don't forget this detail).
But then again, going out to the bar, parties, and getting into the school's associations means money. So, advice don't do like me and try to manage your money. Because I learned at my expense that student life (especially in business school) is very expensive.
