My tattoo experience

Small disclaimer: I tell my point of view, my way of thinking, you have the right to disagree with me and what I say in this article. To each his own way of thinking and opinion about tattoos.

The photo that inspired my second tattoo

I have two tattoos (for now, ahah). I had the idea of the first one when I was 16 and I waited until I was 19 before doing it. I wanted to be sure of what I wanted and also that my parents respect my choice (even if they had to get used to it). So, I got my mantra tattooed: Be Brave, with the symbol of the book saga The Mortal Instrument to remind me my passion for books. The whole thing cost me 100€ and it hurt yes but frankly, it's surmountable, especially since I did it on my wrist.

At first, I only wanted to make one. Then my sister wanted to do one of her own and asked me if I would like to have one together. Since I like to have a tattoo with meaning, I agreed and while finding inspiration on Pinterest, we decided to do triangles: one thin and one thick, which depending on the arrangement means you are the oldest or the youngest. Of course, I also like purely aesthetic tattoos and maybe I'll do one later, but not right now, I'm afraid I'll regret it. Anyway, this tattoo also cost 100€ and the pain was the same as the first one, maybe because I did it on the ribs.

To make the tattoo heal, you need a special cream indicated by the tattoo artist and apply it three times a day for two weeks. And of course, no swimming and no important exposure to the sun for a month, so avoid getting a tattoo like me in summer when it's super hot and you can't swim or tan.

And for your information, if you get two or three different tattoos at the same time, you'll pay less. It won't be 100€ per tattoo.
