Quick & Easy Dessert Recipes

Chocolate filled bun

Ingredients:

  • Puff pastry - 1

  • Chocolate - 300g

Preparation:

Take your puff pastry and roll it out. Personally, I cut it in two equal parts, and I rolled up 3 rows of 4 chocolate squares with the dough. So I did this twice, since I had cut my dough in half.

Bake both loaves at 200°C for about 15 minutes. Let it rest for 5 minutes if you want to eat it hot, otherwise let it cool and put it in the fridge if you want to eat it cold.

Chocolate chip bun

Ingredients:

  • Puff pastry - 1

  • Chocolate chips - 300g

Preparation:

Roll out your puff pastry. Personally, I separated my pastry in two equal parts, but you can do as you like. Then, I spread the chips at regular intervals and rolled the puff pastry.

Then put both loaves in the oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes. Let it rest for 5 minutes if you want to eat it hot, otherwise let it cool and put it in the fridge if you want to eat it cold.

Nutella Tartlet

Ingredients :

  • Puff pastry - 1

  • Nutella - 300g

Preparation:

Take and roll out your puff pastry. Cut it into several squares. Place each small square in a small mold and roll up the excess at the top.

Place a tablespoon of Nutella (or you can also take a few chocolate squares) inside each mould containing the pastry.

Then, put the molds in the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes. Let it cool down a bit and it's ready to be served! To be eaten hot or cold.

Smartie cookies

Ingredients:

  • Flour - 150g

  • Smarties - 100g

  • Sugar - 50g

  • Butter/condensed milk - 50g/100ml

  • Vanilla sugar - 1 sachet

  • Eggs - 1

  • Yeast - 1 packet

Preparation:

Put the egg in a bowl and beat it. Add the melted butter or take unsweetened condensed milk about 100 ml (1/8 of a liter). Add the vanilla sugar and then the sugar (if you use liquid sugar, add about 10 drops).

Add the flour, the yeast, then finish with the smarties. Mix well and make balls on baking paper. Bake for 10 minutes at 180°. Let cool for 5 minutes then enjoy.
