Rice - 300g
Chicken - 200g
Cream - 50 cl
Cumin - 5 pinches

First, put water in a saucepan, then when it boils, pour in your rice for about 10 minutes.
Then, cut your chicken into several small pieces and fry them in a pan for about 5 minutes, until they are a bit toasted.
Then, pour the rice into the pan with the chicken, add the cream and the cumin. Stir for 2-3 minutes so that the spice permeates the rice and chicken, and serve!

Ingredients:
Rice - 300g
Chorizo - 200g
Cream - 50 cl

Meanwhile, cut your chorizo into pieces and fry them in a pan for about 5 minutes.

Paprika and Bacon Pasta
Ingredients:
Pasta - 300g
Bacon - 200g
Paprika - 5 pinches
Cream - 50 cl
Preparation:
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan and pour your pasta into it. Let it cook for as long as it takes (between 3 and 10 minutes, depending on the pasta you choose).
In the meantime, cook your bacon pieces in a pan for about 5 minutes, until the meat has browned a bit.
Once your pasta is cooked, pour it into the pan that contains the bacon. Add the cream and paprika. Mix well and serve on a plate. You can, of course, add grated cheese on top if you wish.
Tarte Flambée
Ingredients :
Puff pastry - 1
Onions - 200g
Bacon - 200g
Grated cheese - 100g
Cream - 50 cl
Preparation:
Take your puff pastry and roll it out. Fold up the edges by about 1 cm. Add on top the lardons (which are not cooked), the onions (frozen or fresh), the cream and then the grated cheese (it is important that the cheese is last, so that it grates a little in the oven).
Bake for 15 minutes at 200°C. Let cool for 5 to 10 minutes and enjoy!
Pasta, mushroom, chicken
Ingredients:
Pasta - 300g
Mushroom - 200g

Bring water to a boil in a saucepan and pour your pasta into it. Let it cook for as long as it takes (between 3 and 10 minutes, depending on the pasta you choose).
In the meantime, cut your chicken fillet into pieces and pour them into a pan. Add your mushrooms (fresh or canned). Cook the whole thing for 5-10 min, just until it toasts a bit.
Once your pasta is cooked, pour it into the pan with the chicken and mushrooms. Add a little cream. If you want you can add a spice. Mix well and serve on a plate. You can, of course, add grated cheese on top if you wish.
Grilled Chicken with Mustard and Spices
Ingredients:
Chicken - 300g
Mustard - 1 spoonful
Spices - 5 pinches
Preparation:
Take your chicken fillet and cook it in a frying pan until it is well grilled and cooked inside, so about 15 minutes.
Once the chicken is cooked, put it on a plate. Apply your mustard on top, add your spices (personally, I chose cumin, madras curry and thyme). Accompany your chicken with whatever you want (here, I put salad) and serve!
Caesar Chicken Burger
Ingredients:
Burger bun - 1
Chicken - 200g
Salad - 100g
Parmesan cheese - 100g
Preparation:
First, cook your chicken fillet in a pan until it is cooked through, so about 10-15 minutes.
Meanwhile, take your burger bun and toast it (either on the toaster, which is a quick solution because you don't need to leave it for long, just 1 minute, or in the oven or in a pan). Add shaved parmesan cheese to the bottom part of your bread. Then, when your chicken is done, put it on top. Add some salad leaves, a sauce if you like. Close your bread and serve!
