Quick & easy starter recipes


Bacon and fried onion salad

Ingredients:

  • Salads - 300g

  • Bacon - 200g

  • Fried onions - 100g

  • Oil, vinegar - 2 large spoons

  • Mustard - 1 large spoonful

Preparation:

Choose a salad you like and then place as many salad leaves as you like.


Cook your lardons in a frying pan for about 5 minutes, until they are a little toasted. Then place them on your salad leaves. Then add the fried onions on top. Season the whole thing with a little vinaigrette (homemade if you like, with mustard, oil and vinegar), and it's ready!



Bacon County Rolls

Ingredients :

  • Puff pastry - 1 pastry

  • Bacon - 200g

  • Comté cheese - 300g

Preparation:

Fry your lardons in a pan for 5 minutes. During this time, unroll your puff pastry and cut your Comté cheese in small pieces to put them at regular intervals on your puff pastry. Personally, I put them every 5 centimeters on my pastry.


Once the lardons are cooked and a little toasted, place them next to your comté pieces. Close your dough by rolling it. Then, put it in the oven for 15 minutes at 200°C.


Let it cool down a bit and serve!


Homemade Caesar Salad

Ingredients:

  • Salads - 300g

  • Chicken - 200g

  • Croutons - 100g

  • Oil, vinegar - 2 large spoons

  • Mustard - 1 large spoonful

Preparation:

First, cut a chicken fillet into small pieces. Then put them in a frying pan and cook them for about 5 minutes, until they are crispy.

Meanwhile, prepare the salad of your choice on a plate. Add the chicken pieces on top, followed by the croutons. Season with a dressing of your choice. You can make it yourself if you wish. And that's it, the entrée is ready!



Caesar Wrap

Ingredients :

  • Wrap - 1 wrap

  • Salads - 200g

  • Chicken - 200g

  • Sauce - 1 spoonful

Preparation:

Cut a chicken fillet into several small pieces. Fry them in a frying pan for a good 5 minutes, until they are a bit crispy. While the chicken is cooking, take your wrap and place the salad of your choice in the center. Once the chicken pieces are grilled, place them with your salad. Close the wrap, hold it with a pick if you like and voilà, it's ready to be served!





Salad, bacon and cheese wrap

Ingredients :

  • Wrap - 1 wrap

  • Salad - 200g

  • Bacon - 200g

  • Cheese - 100g

  • Sauce - 1 spoonful

Preparation:

First, fry your lardons in a frying pan for about 5 minutes, until they are a little toasted.

During this time, take out your wrap and put some salad leaves on it. In a small bowl, cut your cheese(s) and melt them in the microwave for 30 sec.

Then put your cooked bacon on top of the salad and drizzle your melted cheese(s) on top. Close your wrap and voilà!



Crab Salad

Ingredients:

  • Salads - 300g

  • Crabs - 200g

  • Sauce - 1 spoonful

  • Pepper - 1 pinch

Preparation:

On a plate, place some salad leaves of your choice. Take your crab (personally, I took it in a can) and put it on your salad leaves. Add your sauce (oil, vinegar). Pepper it all and serve!









Chorizo Salad

Ingredients:

  • Salad - 300g

  • Chorizo - 200g

  • Sauce (oil, vinegar) - 1 spoonful

Preparation:

This recipe is not very complicated. You just have to take some salad leaves and place them in a plate.


Then, take some chorizo (either cut it if it is in the form of a sausage, or put it directly if it is already sliced) and put the pieces on the salad. You can also grill the chorizo in a pan if you wish.


Then, dress your sauce (homemade with oil and vinegar or purchased) and voilà!


Guacamole and salmon toast

Ingredients:

  • Bread - 1

  • Guacamole - 150g

  • Smoked salmon - 150g

Preparation:

Toast your sandwich bread with a toaster or with a pan.


Then, take your guacamole (homemade or purchased) and put a layer of it on your toasted bread. Then, take a slice of salmon and put it on top. And serve!


Repeat this recipe on as many slices of toast as you like.




Toast with egg, butter and salad

Ingredients:

  • Bread - 1

  • Egg - 1

  • Butter - 100g

  • Salad - 100g

  • Salt, pepper - 1 pinch

Preparation:

In a well oiled frying pan, break your egg. Cook it for 5 minutes.


In the meantime, toast your toast (in the toaster or in another pan). Wait for it to cool before spreading the butter. Then add a few salad leaves.


Once the egg is cooked, place it gently on the salad. Add a little salt and pepper and serve!


Mozzarella puffs

Ingredients:

  • Puff pastry - 1

  • Mozzarella - 300g

Preparation:

Take your puff pastry and unroll it. Cut it into lines.


Then, take your mozzarella and cut it into several pieces, which you will place at the beginning of each line of your pastry. Then roll up each line.


Put it in the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes, wait for it to cool down a bit and eat!
