Ingredients for 10 cookies:
150g flour (120g normal flour + 30g hazelnut powder)
100g of chocolate chips or 1/2 bar of dark chocolate (60%)
50g sugar or 10 drops of Daddy sugar
50g butter or 100ml condensed milk
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
1 egg
1 sachet of yeast
Preparation:
Put the egg in a bowl and beat it
Add the butter previously melted or add unsweetened condensed milk about 100 ml (1/8 of a liter)
Add the vanilla sugar and then the sugar (if you use Daddy sugar add 10 drops)
Mix the flour with the hazelnut powder and add it to the bowl
Add the yeast
Then finish with the chocolate chips or 60% dark chocolate cut into pieces
Mix and then make balls on baking paper
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 180° C
Let cool for 5 minutes and then eat
