Mustard Chicken
Ingredients :
- strong or old-fashioned mustard
- thyme, rosemary, pepper
- a tablespoon of white wine
- chicken
Recipe:
In a salad bowl put strong or old fashioned mustard, thyme, pepper, rosemary and a tablespoon of white wine. Cut the chicken into cubes and pour them into the bowl. Leave to marinate for 48 hours. Reduce the sauce. Then cook the chicken in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees, or in a frying pan for 20 minutes also on a low heat.
Chicken en papillote
Ingredients:
- chicken thighs or chicken wings
- mustard
- thyme, oil, white wine
Recipe:
Place the chicken in a dish. Brush the chicken with mustard, then add thyme, a dash of oil and white wine. Put the chicken in the dish, close it tightly and put it in the oven at 200 degrees for 45 minutes.
Tomato pie
Ingredients :
- round pizza dough
- dense tomatoes
- mustard
- thyme, rosemary, balsamic vinegar
Recipe:
Put the dough in a pie dish. Punch holes in the pie then put a layer of mustard, take the tomatoes previously cut into thick slices (also remove the juice and seeds). As there should be no holes, put two layers of tomatoes. Add thyme, rosemary and a dash of balsamic vinegar (not compulsory). Then bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. You can add pesto beforehand for more flavor.
Sausage Rougail
Ingredients:
- onions, garlic
- oil
- can of tomato pulp
- sausages
- fresh ginger
- turmeric, pepper, paprika, chilli
Recipe:
In a large saucepan, add one or two minced onions and one or two crushed garlic cloves. Fry with a little oil. Add the tomato pulp. Cut the sausages into thick slices (about 1 cm) and put them in the pan. Take the ginger cut in big pieces and add some turmeric, pepper, paprika and chilli (according to your taste). Mix everything together and cook for 15-20 minutes over medium heat until the sausages are cooked but tender. Serve with pasta or rice.
